Loading/Crashing issues: iOS
Hello all,
This thread contains useful information if you are having any technical issues when playing our games on a mobile device. We always ask that you follow these steps first as they can help to resolve a lot of common problems.
The first thing to check is that your device is supported and fully compatible with our games:

Following this, please make sure that both the game app and your device are up to date and running smoothly.

- Make sure that you have sufficient memory space on your device to allow the app to run.

If the game is still crashing/not loading after following these steps then as a last resort you can delete and reinstall the game. This is known to solve most issues.
Before deleting the app be warned that all progress that has not been synchronized to Facebook or Kingdom at this point will be lost. Please also note that any boosters or extra lives stored in the game will also be lost during this process.
