External Paper Jam:

How To Remove A Paper Jam From The HP Printer 4500

If it's stuck on the right part, move the cartridge to the left side and vice versa. If the

Situation #2: When the paper gets stuck in the rear access door
● Remove the door and using a clean lint cloth soaked in distilled water, wipe the
rollers until the rollers are clean, and not even tiny bit of paper is stuck on them.
● When the rollers are completely dry, reattach them to the rear access door and
close the door.
● Switch on the printer and print the status report.
