Norton provides an array of products and services. But there's a problem - as you buy
and start using newer versions or different Norton products, the older versions or
expired Norton products stay in the Norton account. It can be very annoying and make
it tedious to find a product in the long list of older Norton products which you have
stopped using a long time ago.
Steps to Remove Old (Expired) Norton Products from Norton Account
#1 login to your desired Norton account from which you want to delete old Norton
products.
#2 Double click on ‘Manage.’
#3 In the menu, click on ‘Devices’ located at the top-left corner.
#4 After clicking on Devices, a page will open with a list of all your Norton products that
are associated with the respective Norton account. Here you can see all your expired and
present products.
#5 As you scroll through the products, you will notice a Recycle Bin icon appear on the
corner of products. You can use this ‘Delete’ button to remove the Norton products
which you wish to remove.
#6 A confirmation dialogue box will appear as you click on the Recycle Bin icon asking
your caution and confirmation before proceeding on to delete the Norton product.
#7 Click 'OK' on the confirmation dialogue box if you are sure about removing the
Norton product from your Norton account.
#8 A deletion confirmation message will appear on the screen, and the product will be
successfully be deleted from your Norton account.
