1. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws from under the camera body. There are

eight screws on Nikon D80.

2. Remove the cover.

3. After you have finished, screw the bolts back for safely installing the cover again

on your camera body later. The direction for screwing-in is opposite to that of

screwing back.

4. You must install screws in the correct sequence. The length of some screws is

different than the others.

How to Replace Nikon Camera Parts such as the Back Cover?

1. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws from the rear panel.

2. Two screws are present on either side of the rear panel. Remove them.

3. Few sections of the cover might be tight from the extended grip. Be careful when

loosening them.

4. Swapping the tab up eases the cable from under the rear panel. Do not stretch

the cable.

5. Replacing the rear panel involves installing the ribbon cable with precision.

6. While fitting the cover back, do not apply needless stress.

7. Screw the bolts back into place on either side of the camera.

In a Nikon camera, the user can remove the bottom cover, rear panel, and front panel
