Uninstall QuickBooks:-
Go to Control panel, Highlight QuickBooks program and then click on uninstall. Follow the given instructions clearly for removing application.
After uninstalling the software you should do clean installation, for which you need to download QuickBooks_clean_install_tool.exe file and save it on desktop.
Open this application and follow instructions for installation. Now you would be getting message for “QuickBooks is now ready for a clean install, Please install it to default location”.
If you want you can manually find “Intuit” folder and rename all by “Intuit Old”. Do not delete as folder contains QuickBooks company file as well.
Once it is done, now start installation process again by using download link.
